The concept Less is More takes over the Moondog HiFi room with Kanze, Quentin, and Awhad dialing it back to what matters. No excess, no rush—just patient selections, negative space, and grooves that breathe. Expect a deep, hypnotic flow where subtle shifts carry weight and every track is intentional. Stripped-down, locked-in, and built for those who know: sometimes less really is more.

Deep Listening is a casual community listening session where guests are invited to share records they love and hear them on the Moondog HiFi sound system. Whether it's a longtime favorite, a recent discovery, or an album with a story behind it, all genres and selections are welcome.

Come early for Happy Hour from 5–7PM, meet fellow music lovers, enjoy cocktails, and spend the evening discovering great records together. No DJs, no agenda: just good music, good company, and attentive listening.

Every Wednesday, we open the doors at 5pm – time to settle in with food and drinks, and let the day slowly fall away.

Around 7pm, a rotating trio or quartet takes the room for a proper concert set. By 9pm, the lights get warmer and the jam begins, musicians dropping in, trading solos, stretching things out together until midnight.

Moondog Radio Community Sessions returns with another evening of selectors shaping the sound of New York's underground one record at a time. This edition features Neil Macc, Nondough,
Etien Hai, and Saque each bringing their own perspective through deep grooves, left-field discoveries, global rhythms, and dancefloor gems.

Community Sessions is all about sharing sounds, connecting through music, and creating space for both familiar faces and new listeners alike. Expect an open-format journey guided by curiosity, taste, and a love for digging. Come through, grab a drink, and spend the evening with the Moondog community.

Luciio, La Vega, and Marteen take over the Moondog HiFi room for a night built around deep grooves, hypnotic rhythms, and left-of-center dancefloor energy. Expect house, acid, and underground selections moving through the system all night, with three selectors bringing their own take on the sound.

Dub transformed the recording studio into an instrument, pioneering remix culture and production techniques that helped shape hip hop, punk, electronic music, techno and beyond.

Not a party. Not a lecture. Just a room full of music lovers with open minds and open hearts as we journey through the different eras of this diasporic sound.
