Bring a favorite album, grab a drink, and settle in.

Deep Listening is a casual community listening session where guests are invited to share records they love and hear them on the Moondog HiFi sound system. Whether it's a longtime favorite, a recent discovery, or an album with a story behind it, all genres and selections are welcome.

Come early for Happy Hour from 5–7PM, meet fellow music lovers, enjoy cocktails, and spend the evening discovering great records together. No DJs, no agenda: just good music, good company, and attentive listening.

Join us at Moondog for our new series Wednesday JAmZZ!

Every Wednesday, we open the doors at 5pm – time to settle in with food and drinks, and let the day slowly fall away.

Around 7pm, a rotating trio or quartet takes the room for a proper concert set. By 9pm, the lights get warmer and the jam begins, musicians dropping in, trading solos, stretching things out together until midnight.

This week's featured group is the Adam Aronesty Trio.

Please note: $10 per person will be added to your bill to support the artists!

Vin Gioffre brings a deep, soulful approach to the Moondog HiFi room, drawing from NYC deep house, San Francisco funky house, acid jazz, and warm, bass driven grooves. A longtime fixture of the Brooklyn scene and Moondog resident, Vin knows how to let a set unfold, balancing timeless cuts with fluid blends and a feel for the dance floor. Joining him is Courtney K, bringing another perspective to the decks for a night rooted in good selections and a shared love of dance music.

Spend the night at Moondog for soulful sounds, proper house grooves, and two selectors setting the tone in the room.

Elon takes over the Moondog booth for a long, open-ended vinyl session. Moving across genres, continents and decades, each set creates unexpected connections, with house music at its heart and plenty of room to wander.

Come find out what he pulls from the shelves behind the booth: some familiar, some forgotten and always a few surprises.

Zaidan and GETLIVE! bring their selections to Moondog HiFi for a night of underground sounds and dancefloor focused grooves. Two distinct approaches behind the decks, moving across styles and bringing their own energy to the room.

Settle in with a cocktail, find your place on the dancefloor, and see where their selections take the night.

Join Moondog HiFi for a Deep Listening session with Light as a Feather, the 1973 album by Chick Corea and Return to Forever. Blending jazz fusion, Latin rhythms, and intricate improvisation, the record moves between airy melodies and expansive, rhythm driven passages, with Flora Purim’s vocals and Airto Moreira’s percussion adding another dimension to the sound.

Settle in, take in the album from beginning to end, and experience the details that reveal themselves when the music gets your full attention.

This Halloween, step into the Disco Afterlife for a late-night journey through funk, soul, disco and classic hip-hop.

Sky Society takes over the Moondog booth with a vinyl-driven soundtrack full of deep grooves, timeless rhythms and dance-floor classics. Come dressed for the night and ready to move.
